MeetMr. Lemmon
After earning a Bachelors degree in History, Geography, and Education at Grand Valley State University I began my career in Florida. Since then I earned a Masters degree in Educational Leadership as well as an Educational Specialist degree in Leadership, both from Grand Valley State University. Instructionally I taught 3rd grade, middle school Social Studies courses, high school History and Economics, alternative high school Social Studies, and online high school Social Studies classes. In addition to those teaching positions I also served as an Assistant Principal, in West Ottawa, at Harbor Lights Middle School. Through all of those opportunities I worked, and continue to work, to build great relationships with students, and their families, as I feel that is what is most important; blending learning with human connection. I truly believe that the West Ottawa Public Schools and Waukazoo Elementary are places that combine those two areas seamlessly and allow us to create a school with a true FAMILY focus. I would love the opportunity to introduce you to our Waukazoo family and answer any questions you may have. I can be reached at (616)786-1800.
Thank you,
Samuel A. Lemmon, Ed.S.
